You can manage your storage account in the following ways:
  • Make secure online payments
  • Enroll in Auto-Pay
  • Set up Rent Reminders
  • Check your payment history
  • Print payment receipts
  • Update your account information
  • Add Tenant Insurance to your account

Login Instructions:

  1. Enter the email address you provided us when you rented your storage unit
  2. Enter your password. Your password was sent to you by email titled Login Information for Premiere Customer Club. You can change your password later by clicking the gray “personal information” tab.
  3. Click the orange “Login” button

Payment Instructions:

  1. Click “Pay bill”
  2. Scroll down and choose a payment option
  3. If you want to enroll in auto-pay, click “Add auto pay”
  4. Enter credit card information
  5. Click the orange “Pay Bill” button

Notice Regarding Delinquent Payments:

If you are paying the balance on a delinquent unit that has been overlocked for non-payment, the red overlock will not be removed from your unit until the following business day during regular office hours,
i.e. Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
